Spaceship/Cafe

Calvin has made a rotating restaurant that appears in the background of the Simpsons movie. He thinks it's a spaceship on legs - I didn't try to explain what it actually is.

Space Alien

Here's a wee mutant that has a go at Homer and Bart in the Simpsons game.

GTA Liberty City. Grand Theft Scratchy.

Calvin has made Scratchy as he appears in the Simpsons game. He's even got his broken bottle in hand, ready to slice you up. God bless those guys at Rockstar for their quest to promote good, wholesome family values.

Otto from Disney's Cars

Calvin often picks a character or even an object that doesn't really play any significant role in a movie and makes it a few times out of Plasticine. Here he has made a character from Cars called Otto. I can't even remember him in the film, but, Calvin tells me, he was.

Another Lard Lad

I've lost count of how many of these Dude's made now. Loads.

Simpsons

More from the Simpsons Treehouse of Horror shows. Here Calvin's made the giant Lard Lad the comes to life and terrorises Springfield and also, from the episode where Bart transports like in The Fly, we have Santa's Little Helper and Snowball put throught at the same time and out comes a two headed cat/dog and also their two butts. Bart says "you can be Lisa's!" to the double bums.

Jimbo Jones

Again, this character is just started but, here's Jimbo Jones - one of the bullies in Springfield.

He's also made Dolph's t-shirt. I don't know if these will ever be finished but I like them as they are anyway.

Flanders the werewolf

He's just started this one but it looks good already.

In one of the episodes of The Simpsons Flanders turns into a werewolf and Calvin is really in to them at the moment. We've caught him a few times watching clips from American Werewolf in London on You Tube!

Halloween Simpsons

Continuing with the eerie Simpsons, Calvin has drawn the Zombie sign that rotates outside Krusty Burger. He's drawn the same on both side then put it on a straw so that it can twirl like in The Simpsons game.

We are going to be having a Halloween party and Calvin is making some models to be placed on some of our tables in the house to get everyone into the spooky mood.

Iron Giant 3 - he's finished!

Calvin finished the Iron Giant this week too. He made the figure as if he was sitting down leaning back against the scrap yard cars like he does in the movie. The reason is that the Plasticine doesn't have enough strength in it - the legs are too slim to hold him up.

He's already started to take it apart just as I got the camera on it.

Panic!

There are two characters in Disney's Hercules movie who are the servants of Hades. They are called Pain and Panic. Not sure why, but Calvin has started watching the DVD again this week and made Panic on Saturday morning. Looks cool.

Old style Daffy Duck

Calvin made this for Sharlene in she says about 5 minutes. I think it's taken from on old Bugs and Daffy cartoon that was on the Cartoon Network or something.

Grey Matter

Another character from the Ben 10 cartoon. This is being made for Ryan-man.

Stinkfly 2

Calvin is going to town on this one. He's even put jets of green puke coming out of the things on his head!

More shaping done and some jaggy teeth.

Omnidroid

Calvin used to draw loads of this metal robot from The Incredibles. His wall in his room was cover in all the Omnidroid version from Omni 1 all the way through to Omni 11 as Syndrome had created in the movie.

Anyway, for some reason, Calvin has started making a model of one and it looks great.

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends

This blue thing is from a freaky looking cartoon called Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends. If you get the chance, check it out. All the characters are weird looking guys from the 70s.

Calvin can't remember the name of this one. I asked him and he said 'I don't know, ask your wife.'
